Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director to lead strategic initiatives across our blockchain-powered luxury jewelry business. This individual will oversee complex cross-functional projects that integrate jewelry manufacturing, digital authentication, blockchain traceability, luxury retail operations, and global expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess over 20 years of leadership and project management experience with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation, leading international teams, and executing high-impact projects from concept to completion.

This role will collaborate closely with executive leadership, technology teams, supply chain partners, jewelry designers, and external stakeholders to build a next-generation ecosystem that combines luxury craftsmanship with blockchain innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee enterprise-level strategic projects across blockchain, jewelry operations, retail, and digital transformation initiatives.

Establish project governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting systems, and execution standards across multiple departments.

Drive the implementation of blockchain-based jewelry traceability solutions, digital certification systems, and product authentication programs.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, procurement, compliance, finance, sales, and marketing departments.

Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Develop long-term operational roadmaps to support domestic and international expansion.

Build strong relationships with luxury retailers, suppliers, technology vendors, and strategic partners.

Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and industry best practices.

Lead organizational change management initiatives and promote innovation throughout the company.

Present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 20 years of progressive management experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership positions.

Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar cross-functional projects.

Strong understanding of luxury retail, jewelry manufacturing, supply chain operations, or premium consumer products industries.

Experience managing international teams and global business initiatives.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience working with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with blockchain technology, digital product passports (DPP), product traceability, NFT ecosystems, or digital authentication platforms.

Familiarity with luxury jewelry brands, gemstone sourcing, and global supply chain networks.

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
