Role OverviewRequired Experience

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Strong background supporting Distribution Centers, Warehouses, and Supply Chain operations.
• Proven experience leading WMS, WES, and MHE implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (required).
• Experience with Daifuku WES or similar Warehouse Execution Systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation, logistics, and distribution center technologies.
• Experience managing projects in a Waterfall environment.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Retail or Distribution Center project experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS, Daifuku WES, and MHE solutions.
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting.
• Coordinate IT, operations, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Drive requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Support distribution center technology initiatives and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure successful delivery of supply chain and warehouse technology programs.
