About the role

This isn’t your typical HR role, why? Because traditional HR can feel outdated and honestly, not always for the people. Our people are the most important part of Bond. This role is part-time (24 hours per week), and we’re totally flexible on how you make that work. Spread the hours across five days or condense them into three, it’s completely up to you. Whatever works for you, works for us.

You’ll work closely with leadership, shape global people strategies, and have the creative freedom to do what you believe is right. We want someone who loves getting their hands dirty but most importantly is people first! This is your change to make sure HR is done correctly!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Payroll & Benefits: Run and refine global payroll across UK, US, and our EOR partners. Advise on smart, scalable benefit strategies that match our people first DNA.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Create Bond worthy entry and exit experiences, from seamless contracts to culture first welcomes and thoughtful goodbyes.
  • Compliance & Legal: You’ll keep us on the right side of employment laws wherever we work globally, make sure our policies are up to date, and be the first port of call when people need a shoulder to lean on.
  • Systems & Tech: Own our HR tech (HiBob), streamline processes, use AI and data to work smarter, not harder (automating the boring stuff). You’ll use data to influence decision that drives real change.
  • People Partnering: Be the go to support for our people, leading on DEI, wellbeing, and parental leave while being that go to person for when challenges pop up.
  • Performance, Growth & Development: Support everything people! From performance reviews, peer to peer feedback, PDP’s, probations and so much more! You’ll champion a high performance culture through feedback, coaching and development initiative.
  • People Insights & Strategy: Use data to shape our global people strategy, support org design, and help us plan for future global growth. As we expand, you'll help answer: How do we hire? Where do we go next? What’s the smartest move?
  • Keeping us connected: Keep our UK and US teams connected with clear, engaging communications and impactful Townhalls. You’ll also own all companywide travel logistics, ensuring everything runs seamlessly, no matter where we’re headed.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role (ideally in a high growth or consultancy environment).
  • Deep knowledge of global HR practices and employment law.
  • Tech-savvy: you love systems like HiBob and use data to drive decisions.
  • Creative, strategic, and execution focused, in equal measure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent is a big plus.
