Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a GTM (Go-to-Market) / Outbound Associate.

This is not a pure SDR role.

This is not a generic marketing internship.

This is a hands-on commercial operations role for someone who is sharp, structured, and hungry to learn how modern B2B growth actually works inside a founder-led company. You will be working directly with the Managing Director & Founder on expanding the business with the opportunity to lead the sales organisation down the line as the company expands.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting the overall GTM Strategy
  • Build target account lists and research prospects
  • Help run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
  • Set up and manage outbound tools and workflows
  • Track and manage replies, follow-ups, and campaign performance
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data clean and usable
  • Support with messaging tests, campaign iterations, and reporting
  • Help repurpose ideas, case studies, and commercial insights into LinkedIn content and outreach assets
  • Bring structure and consistency to our go-to-market execution

Must have Qualifications

  • Prior experience in business development, marketing, or sales roles
  • Experience & proficiency with CRM & Outbound tools and tracking campaign metrics
  • A strong passion for outbound strategies and campaign execution
  • A strong passion for using the latest tools & technology
  • Confidence and strong abilities in communication & understanding people (EQ)
  • Strong written & spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Organised, proactive, and reliable

  • Interested in Automation, AI, and BI
  • Technical background and/or degree
