We're looking for a Property Strategist to join our growing sales team and help clients make property decisions that genuinely shape their future.

We have our own internal acquisitions team, and we're plugged into Cohen Handler buyer's agents on the ground in every major market across the country. That combination means you're never forced to funnel every client down the same path.

Whether the right move is a high-yielding, affordable investment to build cash flow, or a blue-chip asset in a tightly held suburb sourced off-market, you can recommend what genuinely fits — and back it up with the people and resources to make it happen.

What you'll do

• Consult with warm, qualified leads via Zoom and phone
• Build tailored property strategies balancing growth, yield, and risk
• Present strategies clearly and bring clients on board for the long term
• Work alongside our in-house finance, acquisitions, and Cohen Handler partners to deliver
• Manage your pipeline and support clients through their investment journey

Who you are

• Strong communicator with a track record in property, finance, or high-ticket consultative sales
• Solid grasp of investment fundamentals — yield, growth, leverage, structure
• Genuinely curious about the Australian property market
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable owning your numbers
• Active property investing experience is a plus
