We at the Coforge are looking for a Project Manager who can effectively bridge business and technology. This role demands strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and technical proficiency to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & Leadership Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities.
• Project Ownership: Take full accountability for project execution, driving initiatives from inception to completion with a results-oriented mindset.
• Visibility & Influence: Maintain a strong presence across teams, communicate progress effectively, and escalate issues proactively.
• Leadership Communication: Present updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them for business and leadership audiences.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be vocal, visible, and assertive in driving decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations.
• Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Telecommunications domain experience
