Position: Creative Filmmaker / Content Creator Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $45/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Conceptualize engaging video ideas and produce short-form video content based on provided guidelines.
• Shoot high-quality video clips using professional equipment.
• Create clear, structured instructions accompanying recorded video content.
• Perform basic video edits including trimming, string-outs, and exports for quick delivery.
• Apply creative judgment to maximize available resources and produce polished outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to align on creative direction and goals.

Requirements

• Strong experience in filmmaking or video content creation.
• Ability to independently shoot compelling video content.
• Access to professional video recording equipment (camera and tripod required).
• Working knowledge of standard video editing tools.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
