Finance Manager | Remote

Position: Financial Manager Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $90–$150/hr Location: Remote Duration: 10-40 hours/week (scalable up to 30+ hours/week), flexible and asynchronous Role Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common real-world financial management scenarios
• Analyze practical financial problems and articulate clear, logical solutions
• Review and evaluate AI-generated financial outputs for accuracy and applicability
• Provide written feedback to improve AI reasoning in finance-related use cases
• Translate professional financial workflows into clear, structured documentation
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams when required
• Ensure all outputs reflect real-world financial standards and best practices

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Financial Manager or in a closely related finance role
• Strong understanding of financial operations, planning, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to diagnose real-world financial problems and translate them into structured tasks
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to explain financial reasoning and decision-making clearly for non-finance audiences
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and managing workload autonomously
