Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)

Role Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize operational performance and data quality.
• Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data operations with business objectives.
• Develop reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements.
• Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, integrity, and quality standards.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions proactively.
