As our Creative Strategist, you’ll lead the creative direction for some of the fastest-scaling eCom brands across TikTok and Meta. You’ll own the strategy, direct the content team, and obsess over what works (and what doesn’t).

🧠 What you’ll do

  • Lead creative strategy across Meta & TikTok campaigns
  • Turn product insights into winning hooks, angles & ad scripts
  • Work closely with editors & designers to bring ideas to life
  • Analyze performance data to inform next-gen creatives
  • Spot trends early & translate them into scroll-stopping ideas
  • Own the creative feedback loop across accounts
  • Manage and mentor a lean team of editors and creators
  • Ensure all creatives align with brand, performance & platform requirements
  • Keep clients looped in without drowning them in noise

  • You’ve worked in a creative strategy role at a performance agency or eCom brand
  • You understand UGC, social-first content, and how to drive conversions with creative
  • You’re fluent in Meta & TikTok ad mechanics — and why they differ
  • You think in hooks, first seconds, and messaging frameworks
  • You can break down results & back your ideas with data
  • You’ve led content production teams and thrive on collaboration
  • You know your way around Premiere Pro (or can speak editor language fluently)
  • You’ve got copy chops — even if you’re not a full-time writer
  • You can confidently manage timelines, feedback loops, and team workflows
