About Teneo Protocol

Teneo Protocol is building a decentralized and permissionless network of autonomous AI agents that transform real-time public data streams into structured, useful intelligence.

By running a Teneo Protocol Community Node (via browser extension), anyone can host their own AI Agent that operates independently in their digital environment — collecting, connecting, and transforming open web content into real-time intelligence for AI systems, researchers, and builders.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and expand the Teneo brand identity into a versatile system — spanning digital product, web, community, and campaign contexts
• Design and iterate on product UX components in collaboration with product and marketing teams
• Own the website visual experience, including layout, graphics, animations, and brand consistency
• Create stunning brand visuals for our blog, social media, ambassador materials, and other digital touchpoints
• Work on high-impact motion and 3D design projects, especially to explain technical concepts in a beautiful, intuitive way
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual language across everything we ship

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand, product, or visual design
• A strong portfolio across branding, UX/UI, and motion/3D 
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a remote team
• Deep attention to detail, with an understanding of what makes Web3 and AI visually distinct
• Strong communication skills and ability to present your ideas clearly

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience designing for Web3 or tech-forward brands
• Comfort with 3D and motion tools (e.g., Blender, Spline, After Effects, Rive)
• Experience with Webflow or other visual website builders
• Understanding of developer and user needs in crypto, AI, or open data ecosystems
