Role Description
The Wholesale Account Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing revenue opportunities with wholesale clients. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with an extensive client base, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored IoT connectivity solutions to meet clients' business needs. The role also requires developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive initiatives that align with company goals. The Wholesale Account Director will be a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development in the telecommunications or IoT sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to create and execute data-driven sales strategies and analyze market opportunities
- Experience with digital tools and platforms, particularly CRM systems and IoT technology solutions
- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and working independently in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with carrier integration, connectivity solutions, and the wholesale wireless industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
