Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Other tasks include overseeing account management, developing sales plans, analysing sales data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience in Account Management and Sales
- Team Management and Sales Management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the AI or technology industry is a plus
