About us

Emagineer is building a platform that lets anyone design anything out of LEGO, instantly. Using AI, users can turn ideas, images, or real-world objects into buildable LEGO creations, complete with parts and instructions, in seconds.

Our vision is to blur the line between physical LEGO play and digital gaming, creating a new category where what you build in the real world can live, evolve and be experienced digitally.

At the same time, we’re building a creator-led growth engine. Users don’t just create, they can monetise their content and bring others into the ecosystem, turning a global community of LEGO fans into a powerful distribution network.

The product is already live in the App Store, we’re in early access, and we’re now ready to turn the growth engine on properly.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead who can take a high-potential product and help turn it into a global, category-defining brand.

This role is about building the growth engine from the ground up. Not just running ads or managing channels, but designing how Emagineer scales. That includes creator-led growth, content loops, app store optimisation, social strategy, Shopify optimisation, paid amplification and growth experimentation.

You’ll be the first dedicated growth hire, so there is significant ownership. You’ll work directly with the founders, test ideas quickly, and see the impact of your work in real time.

You have

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, product-led growth or similar roles
  • A proven track record driving measurable growth across users, revenue or engagement
  • Strong experience with viral growth strategies and loops
  • Experience with App Store Optimisation including rankings, conversion and positioning
  • Strong social media and content strategy experience
  • Experience with UGC, creator-led growth or creator economy models
  • Experience with paid acquisition and paid amplification, including platforms such as Meta
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, retention and revenue growth
  • Experience using AI tools to increase speed, efficiency and output
  • Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on
  • Experience in gaming, social platforms, creator economy companies, growth agencies or high-growth consumer apps would be highly relevant

You will

  • Own and drive the growth strategy across app, web and creator channels
  • Optimise App Store performance, including ASO, rankings and conversion
  • Build and scale a creator-led referral engine
  • Develop and execute a social and content strategy focused on viral distribution
  • Run growth experiments across acquisition, activation and monetisation
  • Implement automation and AI-driven workflows to increase efficiency
  • Own and drive optimisations across Shopify
  • Manage and scale paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta
  • Identify and prioritise the highest-impact growth levers
  • Coordinate freelancers or agencies where needed
  • Build systems that turn creator activity, content and community into repeatable growth

What success looks like

In your first month, you’ll focus on deeply understanding the product, customer, creator model, and current growth channels. You’ll get across the app, website, Shopify setup, social channels, referral journey, and the broader opportunity within the LEGO community.

You’ll audit current growth activity, identify App Store optimisation opportunities, review content and community efforts, and form an initial view of the biggest near-term levers. By the end of the first month, you should have a clear view of what needs to happen first to move the needle.

In the following months, you’ll define and align the growth strategy with the founders, then start executing against the highest-impact opportunities. That includes improving App Store positioning, optimising Shopify, building the first version of the creator activation system, and launching growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and monetisation.

You’ll use AI and automation to improve speed and efficiency, establish clear reporting and growth KPIs, and begin building repeatable systems that turn content, community, and creator activity into scalable growth.

The team

We’re a lean, remote-first team based in Australia, with headquarters in Melbourne. The current full-time team includes Keira and Bee, co-founders; Stacia, who works across marketing, strategy and operations; and Ryan, our experienced frontend engineer. We also work with trusted contractors where useful.

This will likely be a standalone growth function initially, but not a siloed one. You’ll work closely with the founders, Stacia and the wider team to shape how Emagineer reaches the market, wins attention and builds a global creator community.
