Junior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of Salesforce solutions by collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements and assisting with project activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior Business Analysts and Solution Architects in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed and accurate User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Support the team in translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions to capture key inputs from business users
• Help maintain project documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and updates
• Perform administrative tasks within the project, ensuring smooth progress and organization
• Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather user feedback
• Learn and stay up-to-date with Salesforce functionalities and best practices to support project deliverables

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• A detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
