The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned sales leader with knowledge and experience is semiconductor or adjacent industries. You’ll leverage our semiconductor heritage as a beachhead to grow MIStudio and VIBE-flow engagements, then expand beyond into new verticals and distribution channels. As a senior sales executive, you’ll also shape our go-to-market strategy and have a clear path to join the executive team as you build out a sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate & Expand: Secure new MIStudio/VIBE-flow pilot projects and production deals in semiconductor
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Edge Intelligence and AI-driven workflow solutions
- Partnerships & Distribution: Identify, negotiate, and manage reseller/distribution agreements to scale MIStudio globally
- Executive Engagement: Build and nurture high level relationships across OEMs, fabs, IDMs, and systems integrators
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to tailor solutions and drive customer success
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Own full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation—while maintaining accurate forecasts in CRM
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: 8+ years selling high-value industrial, software-centric solutions into semiconductor or adjacent industries (Edge, automation, IoT, AI/ML)
- Industry Expertise: Semiconductor problem solving and a network within semiconductor OEMs, toolmakers, IDMs, or systems integrators
- Consultative Sales DNA: Deep understanding of complex, software-driven buying cycles; skilled at uncovering and articulating ROI for digital-transformation initiatives
- Strategic Mindset: Comfortable designing and executing multi-year growth plans and distribution strategies
- Growth Orientation: Ambition to evolve into a C-level executive as the company scales
