About The Role

Qualifications

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote GrabJobs as an employer of choice.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to build a robust talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies.
