About The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Business Analyst to join our team at Belcan in Windsor, CT. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist, Business Analyst, or related HR roles
- Experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Proven experience handling employee relations matters and investigations
- Exposure to contractor workforce management, staffing, or professional services environments is a plus
- Technical proficiency with HR systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS, onboarding platforms, reporting tools, and data analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline HR and onboarding processes through automation and technology solutions
- Manage client onboarding reference updates and ensure accurate and timely entry of customer and employee data
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Ensure HR data, records, and reporting adhere to company standards and applicable legal regulations
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records, reporting, and proactive issue resolution
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations and workplace investigations in collaboration with HR leadership
- Conduct thorough fact-finding, documentation, tracking, and reporting of employee concerns and complaints
- Handle investigations consistently, objectively, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Provide leadership with recommendations to mitigate risks and promote positive employee outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive employee issues
- Support core HR functions, including employee support for both contractor and direct-hire populations
- Assist with policy interpretation, compliance, and HR-related inquiries
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and employee experience
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications
