Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development Rep. The Sales Business Development Rep will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, developing and nurturing business relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, managing client communications, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
- Effective Communication skills
- Proficiency in Business Development
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the payroll or employee benefits industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
