Your Role:
As a Junior SaaS Sales Representative at Flow-IT, you’ll help drive our growth by identifying new opportunities and connecting with potential customers. You’ll work directly with our leadership and colleagues from different departments, learning the sales process from prospecting to closing. This role is ideal for someone excited to grow in tech sales, take ownership, and make a real impact in a small, dynamic, and friendly environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new customers and manage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
- Conduct outbound prospecting by scheduling initial calls and appointments for the sales team.
- Qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, and support the entire sales cycle alongside senior colleagues.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system (HaloCRM).
- Participate in product demos and assist in negotiations with prospects.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams.
- Take part in ongoing sales training and contribute new ideas for outreach and development.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Languages: English C1 (mandatory), German B2–C1 (big advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or comparable practical experience
- 1–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred, ideally in technology or SaaS environments
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- High motivation, determination, and a positive attitude toward learning and advancing in software sales
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus (LinkedIn, Cognism)

Salary Range:
- Starting from €1,500 per month depending on experience at the Junior level
