We work with companies hiring technical professionals in areas such as software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity and GRC.

The Role

Nexum is looking to collaborate with independent professionals interested in contributing to lead generation and mandate development within technology recruitment.

The collaboration focuses on identifying organisations hiring technical talent and initiating professional conversations with relevant decision makers.

Key Activities

• Identify organisations hiring technology professionals (engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data)

• Initiate outreach to hiring managers, CTOs or HR leaders

• Introduce Nexum’s recruitment support and explore potential hiring needs

• Arrange introductory calls between the organisation and Nexum

You will not be responsible for sourcing candidates or managing recruitment pipelines, which are handled by Nexum.

Profile

This collaboration may suit professionals who:

• have experience in sales, business development, lead generation or recruitment

• are comfortable initiating professional outreach and conversations

• have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

• have professional English
