Campaign Manager – Paid MediaJob Description:
Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead and manage a team of Google Ads Specialists. This is a permanent, fully remote role based in UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Paid Media Specialists in the execution of high-performing Google Ads campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.
- Provide strategic direction and oversee campaign planning, execution and optimisation to meet and exceed client KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring for team members to drive growth and development.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for escalated client queries and strategic planning discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and design to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecast performance, and present strategic recommendations to clients.
- Oversee reporting standards and ensure high-quality analysis and insights are delivered.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong background in paid media and team leadership.
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team, ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong client communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Desirable Skills:
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Familiarity with other platforms including Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- Experience with performance dashboards and automation tools.
- Knowledge of CRO principles and A/B testing methodologies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
