Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as Director of Business Planning. The role involves driving strategic planning and overseeing business planning initiatives, developing and managing budgets, conducting financial analyses, and evaluating organizational performance metrics. The individual will work closely with leadership to provide actionable insights, establish growth strategies, and ensure the alignment of business operations with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning, Strategic Planning, and Budgeting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to derive insights and support data-driven decisions
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and finance strategy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Experience in working remotely and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• Experience in marketing or creative industries is an advantage
