The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual professional (Romanian & English) who wants to collaborate with us in a flexible, results-driven role.

If you already have a job and want to earn extra income, this position lets you work 1–2 hours a day (or more) connecting with potential clients and helping our agency expand.

We’re also open to students looking for internship experience. This role can serve as both a learning opportunity and a paid collaboration based on performance.

Compensation:

You’ll earn a 10–15% commission for every closed client you bring to Innovation Insight.

No fixed hours, your results define your rewards.

Included Training:

You’ll receive three professional training sessions designed to help you succeed:

• Cold calling techniques
• Effective DM and outreach strategies
• Client communication & conversion principles

Ideal Candidate:

• Speaks Romanian and English fluently.
• Communicative, persuasive, and results-oriented.
• Interested in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Independent, motivated, and eager to learn.
