A mission-driven education technology company is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across major platforms. As Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s brand voice, engaging its online community, and driving content strategy that inspires and informs its core audiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Manage a dynamic content calendar that reflects the organization’s voice and mission
- Create and publish engaging posts, visuals, and multimedia content tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Foster and moderate an active online community, responding to comments and messages with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to guide ongoing optimization and reporting
- Stay on top of emerging trends and introduce fresh, relevant ideas to strengthen audience engagement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization
- Deep knowledge of major social platforms and content best practices for each (especially LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook; YouTube is a plus)
- Strong storytelling skills, visual sensibility, and the ability to represent a consistent brand voice
- Proficiency in using tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Experience using multimedia content (e.g., video, infographics) to drive engagement
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and improve results
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to elevate the voices of educators and students
- Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities as organizational needs shift
