Success Manager (Remote - UK or Germany)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key flagship accounts, ensuring strong cooperation, and driving sustainable business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and aligning their needs with tailored solutions. By analyzing performance, spotting market trends, and fostering long-term relationships, you will directly influence customer satisfaction and business success. • Manage and grow flagship accounts, ensuring successful long-term cooperation
• Analyze account performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop customer-focused solutions that maximize potential and address client needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and ongoing support
• Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships while promoting relevant services and opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a digital environment, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS
• Strong customer focus and ability to analyze data to create effective solutions
• Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets with knowledge of functions such as Pivot and VLookup
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and pitch services effectively
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
