Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $120,000 – $175,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Strategist to translate AI capabilities into business strategy. The role bridges executive vision and technical reality — finding the use cases that matter and shaping the path to deliver them.

Key Responsibilities

- Define AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities

- Identify and prioritise AI use cases across functions

- Build business cases for AI investments and track value delivered

- Advise leadership on emerging AI capabilities and competitive moves

- Partner with engineering, product, and data on implementation paths

- Develop AI governance frameworks and risk approaches

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, or AI/ML product roles

- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations

- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

- Experience shaping strategic narratives for boards and senior leaders

- Comfort working across business and technical contexts

- MBA or advanced degree preferred
