Seeking civic and public administration professionals to build realistic government workflows and operational environments used to evaluate advanced language models across public-sector programs and services.

Core Responsibilities

• Build realistic digital workspaces reflecting day-to-day public-sector workflows and operational documentation
• Design multi-step tasks involving policy implementation, procurement, budgeting, program management, and stakeholder coordination
• Create structured scenarios requiring navigation across multiple applications, files, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with civic and public administration experts to refine workflow realism, task scope, and evaluation rigor
• Work asynchronously with research teams to improve benchmark design and public-sector task quality
• Translate complex government workflows into structured evaluation specifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in public administration, government operations, policy implementation, procurement, or public finance
• Background in federal program management, grants administration, legislative affairs, social services, or municipal operations
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Government Cloud, Granicus, Socrata, Esri ArcGIS Hub, or DocuSign
• Certifications such as PMP, CGFM, FAC-C, or DAWIA are a plus
• Strong analytical writing and ability to structure public-sector workflows into detailed task specifications
