About the Role:
The client RFP explicitly requires a single named point of contact who is accountable for the entire client relationship at your firm. This is not a background PM role — this person is the face of your company to the client's Procurement Agent and Program Representative. They own the integrated program schedule, all deliverable tracking, invoice coordination, and stakeholder communication.

• Serve as the single named point of contact for all client communications — contractual, operational, and relationship
• Primary interface to the client's Procurement Agent for all contract matters, change orders, and invoice approvals
• Lead bi-weekly status meetings with client stakeholders; produce and distribute meeting minutes
• Manage client expectations on scope, schedule, and deliverable quality — proactively flag risks
Program Planning & Execution
• Own the integrated program schedule across all 4 SOW workstreams: IBM sustainment, migration, Apigee buildout, ongoing ops
• Maintain work breakdown structure (WBS) and milestone tracking aligned to the SOW deliverable list
• Coordinate inputs the client must provide (system access, architecture documentation, stakeholder availability) — track and escalate blockers
• Manage subcontractor coordination and reporting
Financial & Contract Management
• Track hours burned against NTE budget across all roles; produce monthly utilization reports
• Prepare and submit monthly invoices per the client's requirements
• Identify scope change triggers early; prepare change order documentation for client review
• Monitor contract compliance with the client's T&Cs including IP, confidentiality, and personnel requirements
Quality & Deliverables
• Own deliverable review and quality gate process before submission to the client
• Track all SOW deliverables to completion: runbooks, architecture documents, risk registers, assessment reports
• Coordinate deliverable sign-off process with the client's EAID, Cloud, and Security teams
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years project/program management experience in technology consulting or professional services
• Experience managing aerospace/defense or large enterprise clients
• PMP certification required (or must obtain within 90 days of start)
• Experience managing multi-workstream technology programs ($2M+ contract value)
• Strong financial management: NTE budget tracking, invoice preparation, utilization reporting
• Excellent executive communication skills
• Understanding of API management, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior large enterprise supplier experience — familiarity with complex procurement and invoicing processes
• Experience standing up a new practice or client relationship from scratch at a consulting firm
• ITIL or service management background
