Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Data Entry Management & Remote Operations Assistant to support daily operational functions through accurate data management, workflow coordination, and administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Data Management

Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems

Review incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards

Perform regular data audits and correct discrepancies

Maintain organized digital records, logs, and tracking systems

Monitor processing queues to ensure timely completion of tasks
Operations Support & Coordination

Assist with coordinating daily operational workflows across departments

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries

Support onboarding documentation and compliance tracking processes

Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Administrative Assistance

Required Qualifications
