About The Opportunity A technology-enabled communications and customer-experience sector player focused on delivering B2B digital engagement and content-driven growth is hiring a remote freelance content writer. This role supports marketing and product teams to produce high-converting, SEO-first content aimed at European and global audiences. Primary Job Title: Remote Freelance Content Writer Location: Remote (Germany-based candidates preferred; must be able to work in CET overlap hours) Role & Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (blogs, long-form articles, product pages, emails, and social posts) that aligns with content strategy and target personas.
• Own end-to-end content briefs: conduct keyword research, create outlines, draft copy, incorporate feedback, and prepare final assets for CMS publishing.
• Optimize content for organic search (meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema recommendations) and collaborate with SEO to improve rankings and traffic.
• Work with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency, correct technical details, and timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Adapt tone and format for B2B SaaS and technology audiences, producing high-quality, fact-checked copy that drives conversions and lead generation.
• Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and incorporate edit cycles while maintaining content quality and voice guidelines.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

• 2+ years of freelance or in-house experience writing B2B content, preferably for SaaS, tech, telecom, or customer-experience industries.
• Proven portfolio of SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, and web copy; samples required.
• Practical knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar) and on-page SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS and basic HTML formatting for web publishing.
• Exceptional written English, strong editing skills, and ability to adapt voice for technical and marketing audiences.
• Reliable internet, ability to work remotely, and availability for collaboration during CET overlap hours.

Preferred

• German language proficiency (written) or experience producing content for German markets.
• Experience with analytics (Google Analytics/Search Console) to measure content performance and iterate.
• Background writing for customer-support, contact-center, or communications platforms.
