Finance Manager – Banking, AR/AP & Audit Support

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee US and North America finance operations. The role involves managing banking, payroll, compliance, AR/AP, audit coordination, and risk management while closely supporting the CFO and Corporate Controller. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, hands-on financial operations expertise, and the ability to act as the finance face for the US organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer collections and AR management.
• Manage Treasury functions with the Corporate Controller; maintain banking relationships and lender interactions.
• Develop and own the company’s corporate credit card program, administration, and policies.
• Oversee risk management and corporate insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with state/local legislations, including filing annual returns and property tax returns.
• Coordinate with payroll processing vendors for monthly payroll.
• Support auditors with advance tax calculations, 1099 filing, and yearly audits.
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams for vendor payments, compliance, and audit-related support.
• Act as the finance point of contact for US operations and support CFO in strategic and tactical finance projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts domain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working closely with CFO/VP Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Exposure to corporate insurance, risk management, and audit coordination.
• Strong ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore finance teams.
