Monopole Group is a luxury real estate business specialising in the sale of prestigious vineyards and wineries across Australia. Established in 2023, Monopole Group has achieved significant early success and is well positioned to expand its unique brand of bespoke, low-volume, high-value property transaction services.
In 2026, we are seeking to selectively expand our team into the most prestigious residential, lifestyle and commercial real estate markets across the country. On offer is the opportunity to work remotely in defined, exclusive territories or market sectors and earn industry leading commissions that reflect your success rather than our overhead cost structure.
We have the market for Australian vineyards and wineries covered, that is our area of expertise. Our desire is to assist you to excel in yours.
We are seeking appropriately qualified and experienced (NSW Class I or interstate equivalent) Real Estate, Stock and Station and Commercial agents to join Monopole Group in a growing business that prioritises your lifestyle and rewards your expertise. We would specifically like to hear from specialists in the following sectors:
• Luxury Residential Sales
• Regional and Lifestyle Properties
• Institutional Scale Agribusiness Transactions
• Commercial Property Sales
• Project Marketing
• Hotel, Pub and Accommodation Sales
• Vineyard & Winery Transactions (NZ, Europe & North America)

We see strength in entrepreneurial agents from a variety of professional backgrounds, who have been able to apply their broader experience to the real estate market. Our sector specialists will ideally have hands on experience in their respective fields and a reputation for operational excellence and integrity within that industry.
A successful, recent track record in property transactions is imperative.
