Our clinic is live, revenue-generating, and scaling fast.As our wonderful Medical Secretary prepares to go on maternity leave, we are looking for an exceptional individual to step into this pivotal role.The OpportunityThis is not a routine administrative position.You will operate at the centre of a world-class clinical and operational team, coordinating the full patient journey across consultations, multi-session neuromodulation programmes and longitudinal outcome tracking via Naya NeuroScore™.You will ensure clinical precision, operational clarity and a calm, high-trust patient experience — helping translate measurable brain health into real-world impact.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate consultations and treatment schedules
- Build and manage multi-session treatment programmes
- Triage patient enquiries and referrals
- Maintain accurate, compliant records
- Draft clinical correspondence for doctor review
- Issue and reconcile invoices
- Ensure governance standards are upheld
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately
- Work closely across all aspect of the business
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- Experience as a Medical Secretary or within a clinical administrative environment
- Outstanding organisational precision across multiple systems
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Professional, compassionate communication style
- High standards of discretion and confidentiality
- Reliable availability aligned with UK working hours
Highly Desirable
- Medical degree (MBBS/MBChB or international equivalent)
- Previous GMC registration
- Experience in private practice, neurology, psychiatry or pain medicine
A medically qualified candidate would bring additional depth in triage, documentation quality and clinical governance, strengthening an already high-performing model.Why Join Naya
