The Position:
As an Email Marketing Account Manager, you will manage 10–15 e-commerce clients as their primary point of contact. You’ll guide them with strategic, results-driven plans to grow their lists, improve revenue, and maintain deliverability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a team of copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists to execute approved strategies.
- Managing workflows from kickoff to implementation, ensuring campaigns, flows, and popups are optimized for success.
- Delivering projects such as email flows, automations, monthly campaigns, popups, and SMS campaigns.
- Hosting 30-minute monthly calls with clients to plan and review strategies one month in advance.
- Onboarding new clients, leading kickoff calls, and setting clear expectations and boundaries for the relationship.
- Handling administrative tasks, including monthly client reports, daily 15-minute team calls, and responding to clients in Slack.
- Actively leading both clients and team members, feeling comfortable on calls.

Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of account management experience in an agency setting.
- Prior experience in email marketing.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce and DTC ecosystem.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing and other retention marketing strategies.
