Optomi, in partnership an industry-leading retail client is seeking a Project Coordinator! The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant project coordination experience and a strong ability to support project teams through effective communication, organization, and documentation.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
• Manage vendor communication and coordination.
• Maintain and update project documentation and project plans.
• Monitor project activities, identify issues or risks, and escalate as necessary.
• Create and maintain project schedules in alignment with project milestones.
• Collect, validate, and organize project-related information.
• Assist in preparing status reports, dashboards, and project presentations.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
