What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage projects using the PMO SOP and IT TGP, including developing project charters and facilitating review meetings
  • Assist in acquiring legal department approvals for pending contracts and communicate vendor escalations
  • Create and facilitate team formation presentations, including RACI charts and project work-breakdown sessions
  • Manage and control the project management process, ensuring communication flow between clients and delivery teams
  • Facilitate weekly project control calls and ensure adherence to SDLC requirements and project change management processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to influence others at all organizational levels
  • Experience in project planning and tracking, preferably using project management software
  • Ability to manage 2-3 cross-functional, small to medium-sized projects with an average duration of 7 months or less
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in measuring, tracking, and reporting program results
  • Extensive knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel formulas and functions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience implementing Standard Operating Procedures of the PMO and Technology Governance Process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good listening abilities
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to detect errors and identify trends for improvements
