What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs effectively

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Utilize computer systems to navigate and manage calls efficiently

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and computer navigation skills
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Must have a quiet home office space free from distractions
• Willingness to consent to a background check
