What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs effectively
- Engage in positive interactions to meet customer requirements and enhance satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Utilize computer systems to navigate and manage calls efficiently
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and computer navigation skills
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Must have a quiet home office space free from distractions
- Willingness to consent to a background check

- Experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
