We're looking for a Creative Project Manager for a high-growth, 8-figure DTC e-commerce incubator. You will own the operational engine behind their direct-response video ads, supporting an organization with brands ranging from $10M to $300M a year in revenue.

YOUR MISSION

Your core mission is to transform our creative ad production into a predictable, scalable, and high-velocity workflow. You will be at the center of Creative, Media, and UGC teams, responsible for ensuring zero wasted ad spend due to late, off-spec, or disorganized creative assets.

  • Lead a top-tier team: Mentor and manage a dynamic team of video editors and production specialists dedicated to performance.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Build and maintain a streamlined Digital Asset Management system that dramatically improves team efficiency, reduces versioning errors, and keeps all creative files organized and instantly accessible.
  • Oversee the end-to-end ad production pipeline, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief creation and conceptualization through editing, revision, and final delivery, consistently hitting aggressive media deadlines.
  • Own the first round of revisions and meticulous QA to ensure every single asset is pixel-perfect, meets current brand guidelines, adheres to specific platform specs, and is ready to convert before it ever goes live.
  • Partner closely with the UGC Manager and media buying team to prioritize high-impact creative requests, enabling rapid testing and iteration on top-performing concepts.
  • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks, creatively solve complex logistical issues, and implement process improvements that keep the creative machine operating without costly delays.
  • Keep all stakeholders, from media buyers to leadership, informed with clear, timely status updates to increase cross-team visibility and eliminate miscommunication or last-minute surprises.

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 2+ years in a Creative Project Manager role at a DTC brand or creative agency
  • Experience working with brands in the $10M to $300M a year revenue range.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5+ video editors
  • Hands-on with video workflows and revision cycles (especially in performance marketing or direct-response contexts)
  • Meticulous, deadline-driven, and passionate about process improvement
  • Clear communicator who thrives in remote, high-speed creative teams
  • Understanding of ad testing frameworks and performance data (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Previous experience in UGC ad production or direct-response video editing
