Role Description

This is a full-time Southeastern Sales Territory Representative based in remotely. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with existing clients, and meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and nurturing customer relationships to grow revenue. You will also represent Prospiant at industry events, coordinate with internal teams, and provide client feedback to enhance the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in lead generation and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market research, strategy development, and CRM tools
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Familiarity with the agriculture, agtech, or CEA industry is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered
