Business Development / Sales Manager – Measurement Solutions (Middle East & India)Remote (Germany-based) | Office Access Available Across GermanyOur Client: Global Player in Industrial Measurement Technology
Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of industrial process measurement solutions? Are you driven by building strategic relationships in emerging markets like the Middle East and India? We are hiring on behalf of a renowned, innovation-driven European, privately owned company in the field of flow, level, and pressure measurement—serving industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, water treatment, and food & beverage.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive business growth and market expansion for advanced measurement technologies across the Middle East and India.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners in the region.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, aligning with both global goals and local market conditions.
- Manage and supervise the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Support customers with technical and application expertise, ensuring they understand the value of your company’s solutions.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet regional market needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the measurement, automation, or industrial technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of measurement technologies used in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, energy, and water treatment.
- Experience in the Middle East and India markets is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and German; additional regional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute on both global and regional goals.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
- Availability to attend in-person business and team meetings in Germany as needed (few times per year).Location: Remote, Germany
