You Will Be Responsible For
- Taking responsibility for project planning, setting objectives, and allocating resources.
- Closely monitoring project progress, identifying occurring issues, and taking proactive steps to address them.
- Participating in business inquiries.
- Assessing project risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and reporting to senior management.
- Independently leading a service project
- Independently maintaining the operational relationship with the client and a team, resolving conflicts.
- Communicating tasks and sets priorities in a clear and precise manner.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar environment (porting, co-development, development services).
- Solid understanding of production stages, dependencies, and risks.
- Proficient in project management tools, use for scheduling, progress tracking, and resource management.
- Capability of effectively and independently leading a project.
- Capability of effectively and independently maintaining the operational relationship with the clients and a team.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and adapt to changing requirements.
- Fluency in English.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Work with very strong IPs.
- Possibility for fully remote work.
- Help and support with handling work and residence permit procedures, if needed.
