About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level / Junior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of various projects across different departments. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with some experience who are eager to grow their career in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables
• Communicate with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior team members
• Identify and escalate issues or delays promptly
• Help prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations
• Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Management, IT, or a related field
• Some exposure to project work or interest in project coordination/management
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Must have Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or valid visa)
