About the Role
The Executive Assistant role is designed to enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team by managing calendars, travel, meeting preparation, and communications. This position reduces administrative burdens on executives, enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making. The role involves collaboration with other executive assistants to maintain seamless support across leadership. It requires proactive anticipation of needs and careful management of priorities to maximize executive productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Triage communications and prioritize requests
- Collaborate with other executive assistants for continuity and coverage
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive support
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively
- Establish effective communication rhythms with assigned executives
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives
- Strong judgment in prioritizing and escalating requests appropriately
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Experience managing complex logistics and stakeholder priorities
- Thoughtfulness and professionalism in interactions with executives and partners
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience building scalable executive assistant systems and tools preferred
- Comfort working with distributed teams and across time zones desirable
Compensation
$105,000 — $130,000 USD annually (depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location)
