Remote Support Chat Agent

2. About the Opportunity:

The Remote Support Chat Agent serves as the first point of contact for clients via a live chat platform. This role is essential in providing accurate information, resolving client issues, and maintaining high standards of customer support to uphold the organization’s reputation.

3. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via live chat.

• Provide accurate details about construction services, project timelines, and company policies.

• Assist clients in navigating services and troubleshooting issues.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions.

• Collect client feedback to support service improvements.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.

• Stay informed about the full range of services and internal procedures.

4. Requirements:

• Experience in customer support or client-facing chat roles.

• Exceptional written communication with attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking under pressure.

• High typing speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency with help desk software and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.

• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple chats.

• Interest or experience in construction is desirable but not required.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual salary range of $45,000 to $85,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
