What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
  • Conduct application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
  • Interpret and adhere to defined procedures and policies while problem-solving
  • Maintain effective time and task management, multitasking, and prioritization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace for remote work
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of professionalism

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
