Job Title: Analyst, IS Business Intelligence

Service Type: Contract- 35 Weeks

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IS Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone passionate about driving process improvements through data-driven insights and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze non-IT business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and assess performance.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate financial payback and return on investment (ROI) for proposed initiatives.
• Prepare documentation outlining current and future state processes.
• Recommend alternative solutions and support decision-making with clear, data-backed insights.
• Facilitate communication between process owners and solution developers to ensure alignment and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a business intelligence or process improvement context.
• Experience with SAP, SQL, and ETL preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess process performance and articulate improvement opportunities.
• Experience preparing ROI statements and financial assessments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
