At Salsa Digital, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of client engagement, business analysis and agile delivery.

This isn't a traditional Project Manager role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding complex business problems, facilitating discovery workshops, building trusted client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital outcomes.

What you'll be doing

As a Project Manager, you'll become the trusted advisor for your clients, leading projects from discovery through to successful delivery.

You will:

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops to uncover business needs and define functional requirements
• Translate requirements into prioritised agile backlogs and user stories
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including developers, designers and technical specialists
• Manage project scope, risks, budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure successful project delivery
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that lead to long-term partnerships and future work.

About you

We're interested in experienced professionals who have:

• 6+ years' experience delivering enterprise web orientated project
• Strong business analysis experience, including facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Significant experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Government consulting or enterprise digital delivery experience
• The confidence to work directly with executive-level stakeholders
• Experience balancing customer outcomes with commercial outcomes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and collaborative delivery practices
• Drupal or GovCMS experience (highly regarded)
• Experience delivering digital platforms or complex web applications
• Australian Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or higher), or the willingness and eligibility to obtain one
• Must be based in Australia and able to work Australian business hours.
