The Role

You will become the central driver of product execution, growth, and cross-functional coordination across the business.

You’ll work across:

• Product roadmap and feature execution

• Subscription growth, retention, and churn reduction

• App performance, bugs, and UX improvements

• Monthly and annual planning cycles

• Managing small team including digital marketing, designer, developer and customer service

• EDM strategy and campaign performance

• Reporting, analytics, and commercial performance tracking

• New content, engagement, and monetisation opportunities

You’ll bring:

• Experience growing apps, subscriptions, or digital consumer products

• Previous experience in either Product & Growth Manager, Digital Product Manager,

Subscription, or Ecommerce Manager

• Strong commercial instincts and growth mindset

• Confidence managing developers, marketers, and creatives

• Excellent communication and project management capability

• Ability to create structure, momentum, and accountability

• Fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or creator-led brand experience highly regarded
