Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Posted on: May 7, 2026
About Team 4
We're a small B2B SaaS digital marketing agency. We help software companies grow through SEO/GEO, content, paid search, and AI-powered inbound marketing all built around our own methodology, the Inbound Engine®.
We work with a focused set of clients, each getting senior attention without a layer of middle account managers. It's a small team, which means you'll have real ownership of your work and direct access to the people making decisions as well as helping shape the future growth of the business.
We work remotely, keep flexible hours, and trust people to manage their own time. That includes school pickups and the rest of life.
Why this role exists
We're small but we’re growing and need a third full-time person to help us deliver across our client base. You'll be working across SEO, paid search, and content amongst other things such as analytics. You'll be expected to use AI to do it better and faster than the traditional way.
This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to do. We need someone who can pick up a client brief, develop a plan, and execute it with support from the team where needed.
What you'll do
- Own SEO/GEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients: keyword research, content planning, on-page optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Run paid search campaigns (Google/LinkedIn) from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting
- Support content production using our AI-assisted workflows; you'll be involved in briefing, editing, and quality control.
- Contribute to and own client strategy conversations; you'll be expected to have an informed point of view, not just execute tasks.
- Help us keep improving how we work; if you spot a better way to do something, we want to hear it
What we're looking for
Required
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on B2B SaaS SEO and PPC experience (Google Ads is a must-have)
- Background working in at least one B2B SaaS Company in a marketing role
- Experience creating content plans & designing website architecture using search data (SEO/GEO) based around intent
- Experience using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager to build and track key events across websites
- Used to working autonomously with experience in ownership of digital strategy, you've developed a strategy, broken it down into a task list and managed your own workload
- Comfortable with AI tools in your day-to-day work, not just aware of them, actually using them
- Strong communication skills, you'll be reporting to clients and keeping stakeholders updated
- UK-based
Nice to have
- Experience with Webflow (CMS editing, basic page building)
- Used HubSpot or similar CRMs to track attribution
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tooling
- Experience with AirOps, Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms
- Experience with Claude or ChatGPT for content production
- Agency experience managing B2B SaaS SEO / PPC clients
Practical details
- Salary: To be confirmed (competitive, depending on experience)
- Location: Remote, UK-based
- Hours: Flexible - we care about output, not clock-watching but we prefer the role to work some core hours to align with client calls.
- Start date: Summer 2026 (with flexibility for notice periods)
